A day in the life of a support Worker on the Supported Living Team
The Rehabilitaion Support Worker role in our transitional Rehabilitation Services
Ariya Neuro Care were awarded the highest-level award in the 'Investors in People'
accreditation scheme. It is extremely rare to achieve this at entry level, and it is
testament to the investment we give to the staff, their work environment, the people we
support, their families and the broader community we are based in.
We have in-depth training at all levels including structured development
programmes. We have an annual Senior Development Programme to support staff to gain more
skills and confidence in leadership and many of our staff have achieved promotion and role
development during their time with us. We really love to see people develop and grow, and we
are always looking for ways to utilise people's skills and interests.
We love to have a diverse team. We have a number of people on the staff team
who have had an ABI themselves alongside individuals with other disabilities and value the
experience and depth they can bring to the people supported and our service development.
We offer full training for staff within a very supportive team, so whatever
your background if you are a positive, proactive individual who wants a role that makes a
real difference to the lives of others, do feel free to get in contact.
